How the process works and the items that will be needed
Please make sure to read all of the details below carefully before ordering.
Photographs: To start I will need 3 photographs of the guest of honor. I will need 3 pictures so that I can choose the one that will work the best. Make sure it is a very clear photo and the must be face larger than a quarter in the original picture. Professional photography can only be used with the written consent of the photographer. Photos can be mailed or emailed. Photos should be emailed to takeitpersonallybychristine@yahoo.com. Emailed photos should be sent at a high resolution. Low resolution or unclear photos cannot be used. Any questions on how to get high resolution images please contact me before purchasing. Mailed photos will be returned in original condition with the completed invites. If mailing photos please send them to

*Note: When I create the image I choose only one image I know will work the best the other two photos I do not use in any way. I use that photo as a template that I draw on top of. So what the person looks like in the photo I choose is exactly what they will look like in the final cartoon. Please try to then choose photos that you like everything from their hair to the expression on their face even the way they are smiling. Make sure that you like all photos equally because I will choose the one that works the best even if there is one you like better. Also send photos of how that person normally wears their hair.
Text: Please send the banner text exactly as you would like it worded with spelling checked. I will then arrange the type to fit the banner. *not responsible for any spelling errors.
Proof: Your proof will be emailed within 5 business days after the photographs and payment have been received. At this time you should review the proof and determine what changes or corrections need to be made. Once you have approved the proof no further changes can be made. A total of 3 sets of changes will be allowed. Any additional changes will be a $5.00 charge per set of changes. All changes requested must be approved before the banner is mailed out. Changes are sent the next business day after receipt. Banners will be mailed out 8 business days after proof has been approved. If no communication is received after proof has been emailed within two weeks banner will be mailed as is.
Shipping: You have a choice of Priority Mail Shipping (2-5 business days) and Express Shipping (1-2 business days). If you need your banner quickly I recommend choosing Express shipping. Banners will be mailed out 8 business days after proof has been approved.
Turn Around Time: From the date that all info and payment has been received it will be 13-16 business days until you receive your item. (there may be delay if proof is not approved right away due to any changes or corrections)
Rush Orders: For all rush orders please contact me before purchasing! If you need your item faster than 13-16 business days it will be an additional $25.00 charge. All rush orders must be shipped Express Shipping. Your proof will be received in 2 business days and mailed 8 business days after approval.
Foreign Orders: I will also ship to the UK, Canada, and Australia
